We do not have any insurance policy, no expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft is not covered.

Trip organisers reserve the right to alter itinerary based on factors like weather, road conditions, time availability taking

in consideration of safety of participants.

The decided itinerary will be followed in trip. Any changes later may attract an additional cost

Trip participants are responsible for any damages caused to rooms/property.

Any entrance fees to public places or activities is self paid.

In the hilly terrain, driver reserves the right to put off air condition.

In case of any injury/illness during trip, the organisers are not responsible

Above 10 days from Travel Date: 50% of advance refund, 5-10 days: 25% of advance refund & less than 5 days: No Refund
