These terms apply to every enquiry, booking and trip with Travel Devils, 247, D Mall, Niti Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014 ("Travel Devils", "we", "us"). By booking you agree to them on behalf of everyone in your booking.
1. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive payment (the booking amount or the full amount) and you see a booking ID.
- The lead traveller is responsible for the accuracy of all traveller details and for sharing these terms with their group.
- If the balance isn't paid on time, we may release the seat (see our Payment Policy).
- Prices, inclusions and exclusions are those shown on the trip page at the time of booking.
2. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Payments, cancellations and refunds follow our Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. A trip-specific policy shown on a trip page applies to that trip.
3. Itinerary and accommodation
- The itinerary is a plan, not a guarantee. The trip captain may change the order of places, timings or activities because of weather, road, traffic, permit or safety conditions.
- We don't refund sightseeing or activities missed because of weather, landslides, traffic, political closures or other events outside our control, but we'll try to offer an alternative.
- Hotels named on a trip page are indicative. If one is full, we'll provide a similar property.
- Only the places mentioned in the itinerary are covered. You're free to explore elsewhere on your own time and at your own cost and risk.
- For trips with flights, arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure.
4. Your responsibilities
- Every traveller must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (and a passport and visa for international trips).
- Share any medical condition, allergy or fitness limitation before the trip. Some treks and high-altitude trips need a reasonable level of fitness.
- Follow the trip captain's instructions, especially on safety, and respect local customs, co-travellers and the environment. Please don't litter.
- Only travellers booked with us may stay in the accommodation. Tell us in advance if you plan to bring a visitor.
- Damage to hotel or transport property (bedding, furniture, vehicles) is charged to the traveller responsible at actual cost.
5. Zero tolerance
Narcotics, banned substances, weapons, fireworks and toxic substances are strictly prohibited. Harassment or misbehaviour with co-travellers, staff or locals is not tolerated. We may remove a traveller from the trip without a refund for any of these, and we're not responsible for anyone found violating Indian law.
6. Safety and liability
- Travel, especially in the mountains, involves risk. We work with experienced trip captains and trusted local partners, but we aren't liable for injury, illness, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, or for delays and extra costs caused by events outside our control (natural events, accidents, strikes, government orders, supplier failures).
- We're not responsible for travellers who leave the group or aren't under the supervision of our trip captain.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip, especially treks, high-altitude and international trips.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.
7. Photos and videos
We may take photos and videos on trips and use them on our website and social media. If you don't want to appear, tell your trip captain or email us and we'll respect that.
8. Website and accounts
Keep your account password private. Content on this website (text, photos, logos) belongs to Travel Devils or its licensors and can't be reused without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
