Royal palaces, shimmering lakes and one of Rajasthan's mightiest forts: this 2 Nights / 3 Days weekend getaway is a proper slice of Mewar history set in the Aravalli hills. Udaipur brings the romance, with its lakes and palaces, while Kumbhalgarh brings the grandeur, with its formidable fort that is part of a UNESCO World Heritage listing.

Day 1 you reach Udaipur and kick off with a city tour. Day 2 is for Udaipur sightseeing, including the City Palace, one of the largest palace complexes in Rajasthan on the banks of Lake Pichola, and a boat ride on the lake (sunset is the time to go) for views of the City Palace and the Lake Palace on its island. Day 3 you head out to Kumbhalgarh Fort before the journey back.

We cover all transportation and sightseeing to and from Gurugram in an A/C vehicle, 2 nights in a hotel in Udaipur, 4 meals (2 breakfasts and 2 dinners), and a tour curator who keeps the weekend easy and fun.

Day-wise itinerary

01Day 1Reach UDAIPUR | CITY TOUR
Reach Udaipur, and Check-in at the hotel. Relax, and freshen up at the hotel. Post this, leave for Udaipur sightseeing. Today we will visit Saheliyon ki Bari & Fateh Sagar Lake. Explore Fateh Sagar Lake market where you can try Udaipur's local cuisine. Reach back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
02Day 2UDAIPUR SIGHTSEEING
After a delicious breakfast, leave for Udaipur local sightseeing. Today, we will visit Lake Pichola, City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Gangaur Ghat. In the evening, either you can enjoy the culture & folk art performance at Bagore Ki Haveli(7-8pm) or you can explore local flea market. Reach back to the hotel. Dinner will be served. Overnight stay at the hotel.
03Day 3KUMBHALGARH FORT & DEPARTURE
Wake up in the morning. Have your breakfast & check out from the hotel. Post this, leave for the famous Kumbhalgarh Fort. Kumbhalgarh Fort – one of the most beautiful forts in Rajasthan and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The walls of the fort extend over 38 km and is the second longest wall after the Great Wall of China. Departure from Kumbhalgarh by evening. Overnight journey to Gurugram. Halt for dinner (Not on us).
