Depart in an AC deluxe vehicle. Overnight journey to Udaipur. Halt for dinner on the way (not included).
01Day 1Reach Udaipur | City tour
Reach Udaipur and check in at the hotel. Relax and freshen up. Leave for Udaipur sightseeing: visit Saheliyon ki Bari and Fateh Sagar Lake. Explore the Fateh Sagar Lake market, where you can try Udaipur's local cuisine. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
02Day 2Udaipur sightseeing
After breakfast, leave for Udaipur local sightseeing. Visit Lake Pichola, City Palace, Jagdish Temple and Gangaur Ghat. In the evening, either watch the culture and folk art performance at Bagore Ki Haveli (7–8 PM) or explore the local flea market. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
03Day 3Kumbhalgarh Fort and departure
Have breakfast and check out from the hotel. Leave for Kumbhalgarh Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site whose walls extend over 38 km. Depart from Kumbhalgarh by evening. Overnight journey to Gurugram, with a halt for dinner on the way (not included).

Cancellation Policy

No refund for no-shows or early check-outs.
Meals, activities or services you don't use aren't adjusted or refunded.
If a trip is cancelled because of political unrest, government guidelines, extremely poor weather or unsafe conditions, you get a full credit (equal to the amount paid) to use on any future Travel Devils booking, not a cash refund.

Reporting point

Departure is in the evening from Gurugram. The exact pickup point and time are shared once your booking is confirmed.

Carry a valid government-approved photo ID. There is no boarding without it.
The departure time is fixed. Keep your phone reachable and update your trip coordinator; they will try calling you, but we can't hold the bus.
Smoking isn't allowed on the bus.
The itinerary can change because of weather, road conditions or safety. All sightseeing is subject to weather and local authority guidelines.
On hill roads the driver may switch off the AC or sound system. Safety comes first.
Travel insurance isn't included. We recommend buying it before the trip.
Any increase in entry fees, taxes or fuel costs by the government after booking is charged extra.
Extra costs from delays outside our control (natural calamity, vehicle breakdown, road closures) are borne by travellers.
Damage to room or camp furnishings is payable by the guest responsible.

Where do we stay?

Both nights are in a hotel in Udaipur. Kumbhalgarh Fort is visited on Day 3 after you check out, on the way back.

How do I book and pay?

Reserve your seat by paying 50% of the trip cost, and pay the rest at least 4 days before the trip. 5% GST is added to the price.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 10 days before the travel date and 50% of the advance is refunded; 5 to 10 days before, 25% of the advance; less than 5 days before, there is no refund. There is no refund for no-shows or early check-outs.

What do I need to carry?
