Overview

The City of Lakes and leopard country from Gurugram: this 2 Nights / 3 Days group trip covers Lake Pichola, City Palace, Jagdish Temple and Gangaur Ghat, an adrenaline-rush leopard jeep safari at Jawai, Fateh Sagar and Saheliyon ki Bari.

You leave Gurugram in the evening by AC deluxe bus or traveller. Day 1 is the Udaipur city tour, with the folk performance at Bagore ki Haveli (7 to 8 PM) or the flea market in the evening. Day 2 is the drive to Jawai (3 to 4 hours) for the jeep safari and Jawai Dam. Day 3 covers Bahubali Hills (Badi Lake), Saheliyon ki Bari and Fateh Sagar before you leave by 6 PM, reaching Gurugram on Day 4. Two hotel nights in Udaipur, 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners and the safari are included. Prices start at ₹8,000 per person on quad sharing (5% GST extra).

00Day 0Departure to Udaipur | Overnight journey
Assemble at the pickup point in Gurugram, meet your team captain and the group, and depart in the evening by AC deluxe bus or traveller. Halt for dinner on the way (not included).
01Day 1Udaipur city tour
Reach Udaipur, check in at the hotel, relax and freshen up. Sightseeing: Lake Pichola, City Palace, Jagdish Temple and Gangaur Ghat. In the evening, watch the folk art performance at Bagore ki Haveli (7 to 8 PM) or visit the local flea market. Back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
02Day 2Jawai leopard safari
Wake up early and have breakfast. Drive to Jawai (3 to 4 hours) for an adrenaline-rush leopard jeep safari and sightseeing at Jawai Dam. Return to Udaipur for dinner and an overnight stay.
03Day 3Fateh Sagar, Bahubali Hills and departure
After breakfast, head out for local sightseeing: Bahubali Hills (Badi Lake), Saheliyon ki Bari and Fateh Sagar Lake. Try Udaipur's local food at the Fateh Sagar market. Depart for Gurugram by 6 PM, with a halt for dinner (not included). Reach Gurugram on Day 4.

Carry a valid government-approved photo ID. IDs are verified before boarding, and there is no boarding without one.
The departure time is fixed. Report at the pickup point 30 minutes early and keep your trip coordinator updated.
The departure point and time may change. Final pickup details are shared with confirmed travellers before the trip.
Bookings can't be transferred. Only the names given at confirmation may travel.
The AC is switched off in the hills, and the driver may switch it off whenever needed for safety.
Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the journey.
Misconduct or indiscipline isn't tolerated. We are a cordial travel community.
Look after your own luggage and belongings; we can't be responsible for missing items.
Travel Devils isn't responsible for delays, changes or extra costs caused by natural hazards, accidents, breakdowns, weather, landslides, political closures or other incidents.
We don't provide insurance for sickness, accidents, theft or other losses.
Weather, road conditions and participants' fitness may change the itinerary. We may adjust the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and well-being.

Where and when does the trip start?

From Gurugram, in the evening, by AC deluxe bus or traveller. You leave Udaipur by 6 PM on Day 3 and reach Gurugram on Day 4.

How much does the Udaipur Jawai trip cost?

₹8,000 per person on quad sharing, ₹8,500 on triple sharing and ₹9,000 on double sharing, the same for all batches. 5% GST is extra.

What is included?

2 nights in a hotel in Udaipur, 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners, the jeep safari at Jawai, AC bus or traveller transport from Gurugram, sightseeing as per the itinerary, a tour curator and extra mattresses for triple and quad sharing.

Is the Jawai safari included?

Yes, one leopard jeep safari at Jawai is included. Entrance fees for monuments and other activities are extra.

How do I book and pay?

Pay ₹3,000 per person to reserve your seat, by UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or net banking. The balance is due 24 hours before boarding.

What is the cancellation policy?

The ₹3,000 advance isn't refunded under any circumstances, and there are no refunds for inclusions you don't use.
