Overview

India's snow playground from Delhi: this 2 Nights / 3 Days group trip drives past the Panch Prayag confluences to Joshimath, then spends a full day at Auli with its cable car, Nanda Devi views, skiing and snowboarding, and ends with a music-party night.

You leave Delhi at 9 PM by tempo traveller and drive up via Haridwar and Rishikesh and along the Badrinath road past Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag and Nandprayag. Day 1 is a relaxed day in Joshimath, Day 2 is snow day at Auli (12 km, about 1 hour away), and Day 3 is the drive back, reaching Delhi early on Day 4. Two hotel nights, 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners and a trip coordinator are included; the cable car and winter sports are at your own cost. Prices start at ₹7,000 per person on quad sharing, plus 5% GST.

00Day 0Delhi to Joshimath | Overnight journey
Assemble at the pickup point at 9 PM, meet your team captain and the group, and depart by tempo traveller. Halt for dinner on the way (not included).
01Day 1Joshimath arrival and leisure
Drive up via Haridwar and Rishikesh, two of India's holiest cities. Take the Badrinath road past the confluences of the Ganga: Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag and Nandprayag, with the Alaknanda flowing alongside. Check in at the hotel; the rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay.
02Day 2Joshimath to Auli | Snow day
Early breakfast, then head to Auli (12 km, about 1 hour), overlooked by Nanda Devi and Nar Parvat. Reach Auli top by cable car (own cost) or by road, and try skiing, snowboarding and more (own cost). Back to the hotel for dinner, a music party and an overnight stay.
03Day 3Back to Delhi
Early breakfast and check-out. Drive back to Delhi via Rishikesh, reaching Delhi on Day 4. The trip ends.

Full payment must be made 24 hours before the trip begins.
No refunds for any inclusion you don't use.
Carry a valid government-approved photo ID. IDs are verified before boarding, and there is no boarding without one.
The departure time is fixed. Report at the pickup point 30 minutes early and keep your trip coordinator updated.
The departure point and time may change. Final pickup details are shared with confirmed travellers before the trip.
Bookings can't be transferred. Only the names given at confirmation may travel.
The AC is switched off in the hills, and the driver may switch it off whenever needed for safety.
Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the journey.
Misconduct or indiscipline isn't tolerated. We are a cordial travel community.
Look after your own luggage and belongings; we can't be responsible for missing items.
Travel Devils isn't responsible for delays, changes or extra costs caused by natural hazards, accidents, breakdowns, weather, landslides, political closures or other incidents.
We don't provide insurance for sickness, accidents, theft or other losses.
Weather, road conditions and participants' fitness may change the itinerary. We may adjust the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and well-being.

Where and when does the trip start?

From Delhi, at 9 PM on the departure night, by tempo traveller. The exact pickup point is shared with confirmed travellers before the trip. You are back in Delhi early on Day 4.

How much does the Auli trip cost?

On regular dates: ₹7,000 per person on quad sharing, ₹7,500 on triple and ₹8,000 on double. Christmas (24 and 25 December) and New Year (29 and 30 December) departures have their own price, shown when you pick that date. 5% GST is extra.

What is included?

2 nights in a hotel, 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners, Delhi to Delhi transport by tempo traveller, sightseeing as per the itinerary, a music party, a trip coordinator and extra mattresses for triple and quad sharing.

Are the cable car and skiing included?

No. The Auli cable car (ropeway), 4x4 vehicles, skiing, snowboarding and other winter sports are at your own cost.

How do I book and pay?

Pay ₹3,000 per person to reserve your seat, by UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or net banking. The balance is due 24 hours before boarding.

What is the cancellation policy?

The ₹3,000 advance isn't refunded under any circumstances, and there are no refunds for inclusions you don't use.

What do I need to carry?

Auli is freezing in winter, so pack a down jacket, thermals, socks and gloves, plus a valid government photo ID: there is no boarding without it. The full list is under Things To Pack.
